Preparing Radome to be lifted on the roof
First securing all sections of the radome and bolting all panels in place. Caulking all bolts and seams prior to the lift.

Designing of proper Mechanical Hoisting swivels and brackets to attach to the frame to allow lifting of the 400 pounds plus DBF Frame and ACU components.

The next step was to bolt down the radome and attaching air-conditioning and heating.

Being the sole Engineer/Designer on the DBF Antenna it was my responsibility for all Mechanical Engineering Design and the completed Drawing Package.
